The position

As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist at Oradian, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and employer branding strategies, focusing on the fintech sector. This role demands a deep understanding of the industry and expertise in sourcing top talent globally.

This role is a remote position, with location within Europe and reports to the Head of People.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global recruitment strategy, emphasizing Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the technology sector, particularly fintech, to identify and engage skilled candidates. Stay informed on industry trends.
  • Utilize advanced techniques to source and attract passive candidates. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through effective networking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to enhance the company's employer brand. Showcase culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs. Act as a strategic partner in building high-performing teams.
  • Screen CVs and interview candidates. Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and job sites.
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System. Regularly report on recruitment metrics.
  • Actively seek ways to improve processes, workflows, and tool utilization.
  • Proactive in suggesting innovative ideas and reporting issues.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fintech.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • Proven success in recruiting for international markets (Europe, Africa, South Asia).
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and headhunting for niche technical roles.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ATS candidate and job management, as well as sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a high value on candidate experience.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, structured working methods, and joined-up thinking.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, responsible and resilient.
